The art of living and dying | Meditation morning course | Saturday 11th July 10:30-1:30pm
We are alive, therefore we will die
By accepting the nature of our own mortality, we can see the value of how precious our life is and make a determination to make the most of it through living in a happier and more meaningful way.
Through the teachings shared on this morning course, we will see how death doesn’t have to be something to fear, but instead can be something to learn from to make positive changes in our life so we can live in a way that feels more aligned with happiness.
‘Contemplating our own death will inspire us to use our life wisely by developing the inner refuge of spiritual realisations’ – Geshe Kelsang Gyatso- Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully
Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary
Course fee: £15/ discounted for members
