Join Dr Cailin O'Hara and Benjaman Sullivan for an interactive discussion about navigating the energies of the Autumn Season
What's meant for you won't pass you by.
What has left your life has purpose and meaning.
We will explore these themes together in an intimate group gathering.
Introduction
As we enter into the center of the Autumn season, we find ourselves in a time of shedding, of reflection, and of confronting what may have become hidden or repressed within us that has not had the opportunity to be expressed through the journey this year has taken us on.
We witness this same energy reflected to us through the natural world around us, the Earth herself allowing the leaves to fall, the light to dim, to let go what no longer serves.
This act of letting go can be an unfamiliar, even challenging space to navigate. For many of us there can be the experience of resistance to this process. However, if we can align ourselves to the greater energies and forces around us, find accordance with the Earth and her natural rhythms, we can find an endless well of support and sustenance to guide us through this time of the year.
In this immersive gathering your facilitators Benjaman Sullivan and Dr. Cailin O’Hara will bring reflections and practical applications to the medicines, teachings, and opportunities for inner connection that this season offers.
Topics we’ll cover:
• Traditional and Contemporary Shamanic perspectives to the Autumn season
• Ways of welcoming challenges in our lives as an initiation, rather than an overwhelming burden
• Addressing our losses in life this year and the greater purpose and meaning in the experience of letting go
• The wisdom and medicine of grief as an avenue to explore the constellations of repressed and unexpressed emotions
• The art of letting go and the gifts of compassion and gratitude
In addition to the interactive discussion, we will provide resources and practices you can apply during this season of transition.
Benjaman Sullivan has spet spent more than half his life as a student and practitioner of shamanism and Earth Medicine. His own journey of personal healing and discovery led him to study and train with master healers and medicine people of North and South America, as well as the Celtic Medicine of my ancestry.
It was through a connection with Plant Medicine that he found my deepest, most profound healing transformation, as well as the path forward to help others do the same.
