A site-specific performance fusing contemporary dance, sound art and performance.

A collaboration between two performance art companies - NoN Theatre and Neverland Space Theatre.

30-40 minute performance,

maximum audience - 10

The oldest building in the oldest village in London. Grade II listed,

The Tower of St Mary - was built more than 500 years ago. Repaired and heightened when the church was rebuilt in 1832 to cater for London’s growing population.

A new, larger church was built nearby in 1889. The Tower survived the demolition of the rest of the church in 1927 because the new church had no bells that could be rung. The silent bell tower still stands and if you listen carefully you can hear the echos of the bell and the footsteps of the bellringer.

The Bell - Jiarong Yu (dancer, choreographer)

The Ringer - Alex Levy (actor/performer)

Sound - Simone Vastola

Text/Idea/Space - Hardy Gru
