As the seasons shift and nature begins to shed, we’re invited to consider what we’re ready to release, too.
Gather beneath the autumn full moon for a candlelit evening devoted to slowing down, turning inward, and honoring the art of letting go. We’ll begin by dropping into the wisdom of the body before moving through a grounding mandala yin flow, allowing movement and stillness to create space for what may be ready to surface.
Our practice will melt into a restorative sound bath, followed by guided journaling to bring clarity to what you’re ready to leave behind and what you’d like to create space for in the season ahead.
We’ll close with a simple intention candle ritual, carving and anointing candles to take home as a tangible reminder of your intention and an invitation to continue honoring your release beyond our time together.
Come as you are. Leave with a little more space for what comes next.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
