Whether you're a therapist, a busy parent, or simply looking for natural ways to support your health and wellbeing, this practical and restorative workshop is for you. You will discover simple Jin Shin self-help techniques that can be used anytime to ease everyday aches and pains, calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve energy levels and support emotional wellbeing.
Through gentle self-treatment, breathing and guided practice, you'll experience how your own hands can become a powerful tool for restoring balance and harmony.
Massage therapists and other bodyworkers may find these techniques particularly valuable for relieving tired hands, wrists, shoulders and back, helping to prevent strain while caring for others. However, the workshop is open to everyone, and no previous experience is needed.
