Barnwal began her journey in sexual wellness education in 2019, drawing from her own experiences of recovery and healing after what she describes as a “sexless” marriage and several challenging relationships. Based in Delhi and with a background in life sciences, Barnwal teaches about sex and sexuality with clarity, knowledge, and care.
