The Art of Hoop Dance class

We are trying to stay cool and keep hooping through the summer. Join me for a special edition hoop class after dark. With all the twinkle lights on the secret garden is absolutely magical at this hour. Im already getting such great feedback about this time that I’m making this a reoccurring event every Friday and Saturday night through July! This is a 1 hour hula hoop dance class, 45 minutes of intense on-body hooping after a belly dance inspired abdominal isolation warm up session. While the emphasis is on-body we will be working on some off-body tricks too. You can drop-in to this class for $20 or you can purchase a class card of 8 classes for just $80. The class card is good for all the regularly scheduled classes and does not expire for a year. I accept cash, check, and Venmo transfer. This class is in the secret garden behind La Dolce Vita art studio at 204 Harbor Dr S. When you get to the studio come right on back to the garden- 3 little birds will show you the way ;). Please arrive promptly. In this class you will burn more than 420 calories so plan on getting a good workout. Wear comfortable workout clothes and don't forget to bring hydration. Bug spray is also recommended. *Training hoops are provided. If you are interested in purchasing your own, I have hoops available and I can make your custom hoop request too!
