Learn the art of hula hoop in a beautiful secret garden. This is a 1 hour hula hoop dance class, 45 minutes of intense on-body hooping after a guided meditation of muscle isolations to warm up. The emphasis is on-body hooping but we will be working on some off-body tricks too. You can drop-in to this class for $20 or you can purchase a class card of 8 classes for just $80. The class card is good for all of the regularly scheduled classes and does not expire. This class is weather dependent since it is outdoors. The address is 204 Harbor Dr S. When you get to the studio come right on back to the garden- 3 little birds will show you the way. ;)
The class limit is 15 so I encourage you to show up a few minutes early to ensure your spot. The garden is open 15 minutes in advance and this is also a great time to socialize and enjoy the peaceful setting. In this class you will burn more than 420 calories so plan on getting a good workout! Please wear comfortable workout clothes (natural fiber clothes are best, nothing too slippery or dangly).
