Break out of habitual questioning patterns and adopt more powerful, curiosity‑driven approaches!
About this Event

This two‑hour session helps participants break out of habitual questioning patterns and adopt more powerful, curiosity‑driven approaches drawn from professional coaching. Leaders explore what makes a question high-impact, experiment with a range of questioning styles, and learn how to spark deeper insight in others. The session includes hands‑on peer‑coaching rounds, real‑time feedback, and practical tools participants can immediately apply in everyday conversations.

Individuals who are new or experienced in coaching, HR professionals, team leaders, and more are all welcome. This session is ideal for anyone who is ready to tap into curiosity and high-impact questions to improve their leadership and coaching practices.
