The Art of Giving - Holiday Ornament Workshop

Create a hand-made gnome holiday ornament to give to someone special in your community to show gratitude and frienship. Part of a 4-part series with Sun Health, participants will discover how music, movement, and creative expression can enhance brain health, reduce stress, improve mood, and foster social connection.
Ages 55+. No art experience is needed—just come ready to have fun, learn, and experience the power of creativity in a welcoming and supportive environment. Materials included. Space is limited.
