Through guided art therapy, therapeutic discussion, and sisterhood, we will explore how to channel pain, stress, and emotions into something beautiful. This is a safe space to heal, reflect, and celebrate the power of art as a form of self-care. No painting experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to express yourself.
