Transport yourself to Italy this February with a hands-on cooking experience led by Executive Chef Hany Ali. In the spirit of romance, you’ll get your hands into the dough as you learn to craft spinach and ricotta gnocchi from scratch. Chef Hany will then demonstrate how to prepare a rich tomato basil sauce to complement your gnocchi, which will be lovingly finished with freshly shaved Parmesan—just like Nonna would make.
As you cook, enjoy a complimentary glass of wine, and embrace the warmth of Italian culinary traditions in the company of someone special. Plus, take home a gnocchi paddle to recreate the love and flavors of Italy in your own kitchen.
