Join us for The Art of Forgiveness, an interactive workshop exploring the freedom that comes with letting go. Through active meditation, journaling, and collage, you’ll be guided on a creative and spiritual journey toward release, healing, and renewal.What to Bring:
Yourself, of course! Along with writing paper or a journal and your favorite writing utensils.
All collage supplies will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own personal materials if you wish.
