The Art of Food x Pharm Table
This fall, gather with us for a soulful evening rooted in the warmth of memory, migration, and homecoming.
Curated by Chef Asantewaa E. lo-Liyong in collaboration with Pharm Table, this intimate dinner saloon honors the journey of flavor—from South Sudan to South Africa to the American South.
Through a six-course, family-style meal, guests are invited on a culinary expedition: from simple beginnings, to mountain-top feasts, to sweet revelations, and a gentle return.
One of the centerpieces of this experience is Nyete—spinach in creamy peanut sauce—served alongside grilled fish and chicken, tomato-onion salad, rice, and asida (a traditional thick porridge shared across African kitchens). Each dish speaks in many tongues but tells one story: a longing for belonging.
This is not just dinner.
This is ritual.
