The Art of Embodiment: A Women’s Tantric Salon

This experiential Tantric Salon is an invitation for women to return to the ground beneath them, reconnect with the body, the breath, the Earth, and the felt sense of belonging that stabilizes the nervous system and restores inner confidence.

Our February theme is Rooted & Held. We offer a gentle, foundational introduction to Tantra as embodied presence, as a nervous-system-informed path of grounding, regulation, and relational safety.

This is a space to slow down, arrive fully, and allow the body to settle into its natural intelligence.

WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE

Through a carefully held, fully clothed, non-sexual Tantric experience, we will explore:

• Grounding and root-based embodiment practices
• Tantric breath to calm the nervous system and release stress
• Gentle movement and somatic awareness
• Subtle energy work to restore stability and inner coherence
• Simple, safe body-based practices that support emotional regulation
• Sensory awareness to bring the body out of survival and into presence

The emphasis is on safety, slowness, and support, allowing the body to feel protected enough to soften, open, and relax.

This is foundational Tantra for women who want to feel:

• calm and centered
• confident in their body
• emotionally steady
• connected to the Earth
• supported from within
• safe to stay open in an uncertain world

ABOUT THE SPACE

This salon is hosted by Lana Elco as part of her ongoing work in relational intelligence, feminine embodiment, and grounded Tantric practice. Space is intentionally priced to support a grounded, intimate container.

About the Host & Facilitators

Lana Elco is the founder of the Ascension of Intimacy School of Tantra™ and an internationally recognized mentor in intimacy, relational intelligence, and feminine embodiment.

With a background spanning entrepreneurship, leadership, and embodied spiritual practice, Lana brings a grounded integration of Tantric wisdom, nervous system awareness, and lived relational experience into her work with women and couples. Her approach to Tantra moves beyond sexuality or performance, offering a path to presence, stability, and embodied truth.

Through salons, private mentorship, retreats, and practitioner training, Lana supports women who have achieved outer success and are ready for a deeper inner alignment — in the body, in relationships, and in life.

Odette Sessna is a guide, writer, and artist whose work focuses on life design, nervous system regulation, and sustainable leadership and life for women. With a background in logistics, wholistic practices, and decades of lived experience across cultures and environments, her approach is practical, embodied, and deeply human. Odette creates spaces where women can slow down, restore rhythm, and reconnect with themselves without pressure or performance.
