My name is Allison Thomas. I am a Resident in Counseling at Health in Mind, a registered yoga teacher (RYT) and have practiced yoga for over 25 years. I am thrilled to share this restorative practice with you! Please bring any prop that will make your body more comfortable (pillows, blankets, eye pillow, etc). There will be some simple and accessible movement to prepare us for deeper relaxation and awareness.
