What is The Art of Creative Relationship?

This is a series of 5 intimate containers, each one guiding you deeper into a creative flow state. Whether you’re just beginning or returning to your art, we invite you to reconnect with your relationship to creativity in a way that feels grounding, nourishing, and true to you.
This container allows you to feel the shift between using a tool and becoming the medium itself.

Session two:

We begin with a guided meditation infused with the essence of water, paired with natural soundscapes that invite you to drift beneath the surface of the conscious mind. Here, you’ll connect with a part of yourself ready to be witnessed and expressed. From this place, we move into a visual art practice, known as Analog Line Drawing, which allows direct communication between the body and subconscious mind. This practice offers a unique experience to witness the relationship between hand, tool and medium where judgement, analyzing or criticism are prevented from interfering with the creative process. 

This practice isn't about mastery or aesthetic, but honouring what happens when we surrender control to connect with something deeper and more powerful within.
