About this Event

Currently, we are facing many challenges and crisis individually and collectively. For example, 1 out of 5 adults in America are experiencing mental illness. And, the rates children of 3-16 years experiencing depression and anxiety is also going up.

We hear in the news that the water level of lake mead and Colorado river keeps dropping. Soon, we will need to worry about power, agricultural production, and daily water usage. As the climate changes, we are experiencing more severe weather each year.

The key to solving the problems & challenges we face personally or globally is Coexistence. It’s based on the understanding that all life on Earth is interconnected and that we need to take care of each other to survive.

The conscience, empathy, and ability to reflect that we need to coexist harmoniously with one another are a natural part of ourselves. They exist beyond the veil of conceptual information, regardless of our personal experience, educational level, or surrounding environment. This is the living naturalness in the hearts and brains of all people.

Finding this naturalness hidden within us and learning how to use it is a new art we should pursue and develop beyond the material dimension.

Body & Brain yoga tai chi is hosting this event, inviting Ilchibuko Todd, president of Sedona Mago Retreat and a spiritual teacher. Join us for this special opportunity to connect to the naturalness within us and connect to the earth.
