The Art of Coaching Her is a panel discussion bringing together four women coaches from the CEGEP and university levels to explore what it means to coach and develop female athletes. Through an honest conversation and audience Q&A, coaches, athletes, parents, and sports enthusiasts will gain insight into coaching approaches, athlete development, leadership, communication, and the path to the next level. The event will also include networking, refreshments, and local women-owned businesses.
