? Join us for an enchanting evening into the Art of Belly Dance at Women's Wellness Wednesday! (our 1st Belly Dance night was such a success, we are excited to offer another opportunity to join in!)
✨ Experience the beauty of this dance form as Kristy shares basic moves, the benefits and history of the dance! (all are welcome and encouraged to join, no experience necessary!)
BRING: water bottle, wear comfortable yoga pants, flowy skirts and a long scarf. We will dance barefoot (slippers are also fine if need be) and a cash donation of $5 - $20
?? Katina started her belly dance journey in 2004. She has trained under esteemed local and international instructors, performing across South Florida at various venues and events. Dancing since childhood, belly dance has always held a special place in her heart.
Katina aka Kristy is currently a homeschooling Mama to her 2 kiddos and runs 2 online businesses (PaperPie & Etsy Shop).
Come learn something new and embrace the magic of belly dancing with us. We hope to see you there!
