"We think how we feel, and feel how we think. “ How understanding this connection helps harness your innate power from emotion and thought and leads to improved decision making, better communication, understanding, and satisfaction in your relationships.
We’ll look at the connection of thoughts, and emotions, tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Regulation techniques, and research findings from the Gottmans’ 40 years of research on relationships and effective communication."

"A Cup Overflowing with Love
Loving your neighbor starts with loving God. We will look at how God’s Word commands us to love Him and why. Then we will delve into how a love for God overflows from our cup onto our neighbor."
