Join Clara Cunningham and the teaching team for a three-year experiential journey into the earliest foundations of human development and healing.
This comprehensive professional training is designed for mental health therapists, craniosacral therapists, occupational and physical therapists, bodyworkers, birth professionals (midwives and doulas), somatic educators, and others who work with infants, children, parents, couples, or adults.
Together, we will explore how our earliest experiences—from preconception through birth and early childhood—shape nervous system regulation, attachment, identity, health, resilience, and relational patterns throughout life.
Grounded in Pre- and Perinatal Psychology, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment Theory, Somatic Therapy, Developmental Neuroscience, Embryology, and the work of pioneers such as Myrna Martin and Ray Castellino, this training offers a compassionate, embodied approach to understanding and supporting the healing of early developmental imprints.
This is more than a professional training. It is also a personal journey of growth, self-discovery, and embodied learning. Participants deepen their own capacity for presence while developing practical skills they can immediately integrate into their clinical practice and relationships.
Throughout the training, participants will:
Develop a deeper understanding of human development from preconception through early childhood.
Cultivate secure self-attachment, embodied presence, and relational safety.
Learn to recognize and work with early trauma, birth-related imprinting, attachment dynamics, and ancestral patterns.
Develop embodied, somatic approaches that integrate nervous system regulation, bodywork, and emotional process.
Gain practical tools to support infants, children, parents, couples, families, and adults toward greater resilience, health, and well-being.
Become part of a supportive learning community that nurtures both personal growth and professional development.
