About this Event
The art of becoming unrecognizable to yourself, in all the best ways
Professor Andrew Sykes*, Professor at Kellogg School of Management.
Organized by Kellogg Alumni Club of Houston (KACH)
What does it take to unlock the greatness hidden behind our blindspots?
How might we break the “10,000 hour rule” and learn how to get good, at getting great, at literally any skill in record time?
In this talk by Professor Andrew Sykes, we’ll explore how “Perfect Practice” and a process for metamorphosis can help us all to develop new skills, to level of excellence, so quickly that we even surprise ourselves.
You’ll learn:
- What perfect practice looks like, and why and how it produces magical results.
- How to work with others in your life to unlock your hidden potential
- The art of becoming unrecognizable, in all the best ways, and why that matters to your leadership, your influence, your sales or your job role’s effectiveness. Especially in a world of rapid change where the skills you have today, might not be a match for the job you’ll have tomorrow.
This is an interactive, fun and powerful 3-hour executive education workshop, followed by drinks and snacks (Cash bar available, Appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages included), and an opportunity for networking.
