THE ART OF AGING WELL - A WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN NAVIGATING PERI AND MENOPAUSE


Perimenopause is not the beginning of disappearance.
It is the beginning of refinement.

This season asks us to become more intentional about how we nourish, move, rest, think, and care for ourselves. It asks us to protect the future woman inside us — her brain, her heart, her hormones, her bones, her vitality.

We gather in the backyard at Thrive for an intimate urban retreat blending Ayurveda, functional movement, ritual, and community care.

Together we will explore how to support the body through hormonal transition with ancient wisdom and modern understanding — while building real strength, mobility, resilience, and longevity.
