The Art of Agave: A Curated Tequila Experience

Hosted at MCantina, this exclusive tasting experience honors the restaurant’s Guinness World Records Record Holder of the most agave spirits collection commercially available with over 1,800 varieties, the largest collection in the world.

Guests will enjoy a guided tasting journey led by Junior Merino, internationally known as The Liquid Chef and an official Ambassador of Mexican Gastronomy & Tourism. Throughout the evening, you’ll explore exceptional tequila selections while discovering the stories, traditions, and craftsmanship behind each expression.

This is not a festival. It’s a curated tasting experience designed for those who appreciate great spirits, great food, and unforgettable nights out.

Welcome Reception- Check-in 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Begin the evening with a signature agave cocktail and capture the moment at the event photo experience as Latin fusion music sets the tone.

Guided Agave Tasting Experience 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Enjoy a thoughtfully structured tasting featuring tequila selections from MCantina’s renowned collection. Learn about the origins, production methods, and what makes each spirit unique.

Curated Pairings & Light Bites
The MCantina culinary team will serve chef-crafted pairings designed to complement the tasting experience.

Celebration & Keepsakes
Guests will receive a commemorative keepsake honoring the evening and participation in this special celebration of MCantina’s record-setting agave collection. Select giveaways and drawings will take place throughout the night.

After Party Celebration 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm
