About this Event

Persepolis I & II is Marjane Satrapi’s unforgettable graphic memoir of growing up in Iran during and after the Islamic Revolution. Through a child’s eyes, Satrapi offers a poignant, often humorous portrait of life in a revolutionary and war-torn country, where family, love, tragedy, and political upheaval shape her coming-of-age story.
