About this Event
Dive into common injuries, chronic issues and what you can do to help, alongside industry experts, physiotherapist Yves Sylveira, and international award-winning exercise educator, John Polley (JP).
We see foot and knee problems, low back issues, shoulder dysfunctions, elbow malfunctions and neck pain all the time. Conditions like plantar fasciitis, patella femoral syndrome, tendonitis, lumbar compression problems, frozen shoulder, bursitis, tennis/golfers elbow and neck tension can prevent people from enjoying their movement, their exercise sessions and their lives.
Yves and JP are here with a unique collaboration, to educate about the nature of injuries, but more to give you invaluable practical strategies that you can employ within your scope of practice to help people continue with their exercise goals, AND enhance their recovery and healing from whatever they are dealing with.
Moreover, you'll learn where the line is, between allied health and exercise coaching and how to collaborate with the allied health professionals to enhance both businesses.
By the end of the workshop, you will have an understanding of the most common injuries you see on a daily basis, a range of real life things you can do within your role as a coach, a huge boost in your confidence navigating the territory of injuries, and your clients will have a coach who can keep them exercising, whatever they are handling.
Join two experts in their field, who have thousands of successful client cases between them, to take your coaching to the next level and keep yourselves and your clients moving well, pain free and stronger than ever.
