Join Carlos and Elissa to learn the secrets of arm balancing in a comprehensive workshop series, 'The Art and Physics of Arm Balancing.' Over three consecutive Sundays, you'll delve into the techniques that blend the artistry and physics of arm balancing. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this workshop is designed to enhance your yoga practice and provide you with the tools to master these challenging poses. Join us at Artful Souls & Wellness for an engaging and supportive experience that will elevate your skills and confidence.
Taught as a 3 hour sessions, once per week, over the course of 3 consecutive weeks
- Session 1: First group of arm balancing poses
- Session 2: Second group of arm balancing poses
- Session 3: Transitioning from arm balancing to other poses

- Alignment
- How to use your center of gravity
- How to utilize your Bandhas
Taking all 3 sessions is strongly recommended.
