The Summer 2026 season of The Arena brings competitive improv competition back to the masses, with MAJOR UPGRADES! Every Sunday at 8pm, two teams of improv performers compete for audience votes to decide who reigns supreme in the STAB! Comedy Theater Arena, who wins the BRAND NEW Arena Title Belt, and who takes home the cash prize of at LEAST ONE MILLION DOLLARS (at least some of which will be American Currency!)!

Sacramento's ONLY Improv Comedy Cage Match gives performers: new, experienced and everywhere in between, the opportunity to get up on stage and compete for bragging rights, the adoration of the crowd, and the crown of Arena Champion EVERY WEEK!

Wanna decide improv fate? Come on down and enjoy two 20 minute improv sets from two teams of local improvisors. (Come out early and you can get on stage your own self in STAB!'s Sunday 7pm Improv Jam)
