The Arc of San Diego is hiring residential specialists throughout San Diego County and invites you to an in-person hiring event with onsite interviews available. The June 17 event is hiring for homes in Santee, Lakeside, Spring Valley and Lemon Grove; June 24 for homes in Kearny Mesa and Chula Vista.

Position details:

• $20.00 – $20.65/hour
• Paid training to start
• Full-time & part-time schedules available
• Daily pay with Dayforce Wallet

Requirements:

• Resume required (6+ months of experience with the I/DD population)
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance and personal vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check
