Welcome to The Garden Party of the Joint Senate of the Dialectic & Philanthropic Societies! Join us for a colorful evening filled with live music, games, and great company. Don't miss out on this chance to unwind and enjoy the jazzy sounds of The Southern Groove Machine while networking with local community members.

This "tea party" is the perfect opportunity to mingle with social scholars on the UNC's beautiful campus. Students, professionals, families, and friends are welcomed and encouraged to attend. See you there!

Ticket Info

Ticket purchase includes tea service, dinner, live music, and games.* A professional photographer will be in attendance for group portraits and event candids.

$30 - Singles Ticket (1)

$50 - Date Double Ticket (2)

Dress Code

Proper dress for the event may include attire for High Tea, Derby, Quartet, and generally Smart Semi-Formal. While hats are typically banned for the Societies, at this event accessories such as Fascinators, Boutonnieres, Pork Pies, and Panamas are allowed and encouraged! All guests are invited to express themselves with Spring colors, prints, and styles as they see fit.
