After a successful January pilot, we're excited to bring back The April Awakening: Yoga with Nardge to I Am CaribBeing's HQ in the heart of Little Caribbean!

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, our budget-friendly sessions are open to everyone. Find balance, relieve stress, and feel energized—whether you're unwinding after a long day or kick-starting your weekend refreshed and revitalized.

Led by Nardge, each session blends movement and mindfulness, creating a sacred space for:

Dates: Tuesdays: April 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29th I Saturdays: April 5,12 and 19th

Time: Tuesdays: 6:30pm - 7:30pm I Saturdays: 10:30am - 11:30am

Location: The Little Caribbean Zen Den (1399 Nostrand Ave)

What to bring: Gripping socks
