Before the workshop you send us your app idea. We build its foundation by hand on an industry-standard stack, with cyber safety set up first, so it's already running on your laptop the minute you sit down.

Over four hours you learn how apps actually work (the professional stack: hosting, database, auth, payments, monitoring), then go deep on how AI models, Claude, and Claude Code really work: the agent loop, CLAUDE.md, the commands, MCP, subagents. You build your core feature with an expert on the floor beside you, one on one, and deploy it live at a real URL. We also set up an agent that can maintain your app, find you leads, and handle the repetitive work, and install an AI mentor on your machine that keeps teaching you at home. We do not leave the room until every person can operate Claude Code on their own.

Straight talk: no one finishes an app in one night, and whoever promises that is selling something. You walk out with your project live, on your own phone, built right, and a skill almost no one has.
