The Anxiety of Laughing is a heartfelt tale of resilience and love that follows Joey, a stand-up comedian with cerebral palsy, and his fiancée, Leah, a talented ballerina. As they support each other in pursuing their dreams, a tragic car accident shatters their lives, leaving Leah paralyzed from the waist down and testing the depth of their commitment.
The Anxiety of Laughing is produced by Mixing It Up Productions, LLC, which is a multi-media entertainment company that develops, produces, licenses, and publishes intellectual properties in theatres, music, film/video, and literature.
