The leaders of SARE Ladies!

Anita Wong is the CEO of Give Rise Capital and the heart behind the SARE Ladies movement. A daughter of a refugee, Anita studied Architecture at USC and then went on to work at a renowned architectural firm (BIG). She retired at 30, and is now a full-time real estate investor with AUM of $24M+, podcast host of The SARE Ladies Podcast, and proud new mom. She’s passionate about redefining wealth and creating space for more women and Asian voices in real estate.

Ashley Cao is a Director for Old Capital Lending - a nationwide lender that closes $1B annually. She brings capital (debt and equity) to Multifamily Investors by using diverse resources such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Banks/Credit Unions, CMBS, Life Insurance, Bridge, Mezzanine and Preferred Equity. Leveraging her expertise as a former Technical Recruiter for Tesla and Google, she is experienced in connecting people with tailored solutions. Ashley is deeply immersed in the real estate industry and is considered a thought leader in helping other women achieve more in real estate investing. As an investor herself, she is invested in variety of assets across residential and commercial.

SARE ladies is a community for AAPI Women in Real Estate the sister brand of Subtle Asian Real Estate, a thriving community of over 25,000 + AAPI investors from across the country. Our goal as a community made by and for AAPI women is to address both the successes and failtures of the real estate and diversity landscape.

Our mission is to empower women from immigrant communities and give them the right vehicles to allow them to pursue investments and careers in the Real Estate industry.
