Janelle from
Bloom + Brilliance is a queer, Indigenous, and intersectional feminist-led design agency. They build beautiful brands, websites and strategies for Indigenous and intersectional feminist entrepreneurs, community leaders and organizations as they change the world.
They believe that by channelling their passion, purpose and power, Indigenous and intersectional feminist leaders are uniquely positioned to effect positive change on individual, community and global scales.
They also know that to have real impact, feminist entrepreneurs and leaders need to have careers that give them time to invest and participate in their communities and causes. Their mission is to help their clients build resilient, sustainable and thriving feminist businesses that create space, time and energy for those community efforts. They do this not only with collaborative, intuitive, and inspired design services, but with thoughtful tools, systems, resources and strategies to support long-term growth and success.
Bloom + Brilliance, like their clients, are working to make the world an equitable place for all people—inclusive of all genders, races, ethnicities, cultures, sexualities, abilities, income levels, work occupations, religions, and spiritual beliefs, etc. They have decades of experience working with a diverse client base in both the private and public sectors: from local, national, and international corporate, Indigenous and non-profit organizations, to small business owners and entrepreneurs.
Their current focus is creating and integrating innovative, Indigenous and decolonized strategies for branding and web development that are centred on Indigenous and intersectional feminist practices and Indigenous resurgence
