Learn the location and correct application of 15 combat accessible Pressure Sensitive Nerve Areas (PSNA's).
1. Anatomy of PSNA's: Understanding the structure and function of nerves, muscles, and connective tissue in relation to target zones.
2. Targeted Pressure Applications: Mastering techniques for applying targeted pressure to these areas.
3. Defense Against Common Attacks: Practicing scenarios that simulate various Nerve areas based on common attacks, allowing participants to develop situational awareness and adaptability.
Learning the Pressure Points are done by a "hands on" approach giving Students the opportunity to directly understand what happens during the proper application of Pressure Sensitive Nerve Area's.
