The Anderson Brothers play Gershwin

Fresh off recent performances at Carnegie Hall and The Kennedy Center, woodwind virtuosos and identical twins Peter and Will Anderson present a carefully selected program of classic American melodies. The Andersons live and breathe the music of the 1930s and ‘40s – reviving tunes of the past with an energy and authenticity seldom heard today. Their program of music from the golden age includes such vintage gems as "Rhapsody in Blue," hard-hitting swing classic “Sing, Sing, Sing,” and Broadway classic "My Favorite Things." The Andersons are passionate about the great music from a century ago, including classics from Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, and George Gershwin.
