Whether you're new to Dr. Sue's work or have studied the Energy Codes® for years, this series is designed to help you move beyond understanding the material intellectually and begin living it.

No previous experience with the Energy Codes® is required.

You'll watch a video teaching from Dr. Sue, ask questions, share insights, explore the material together, and finish each class with an embodiment practice so the teachings become something you can actually live in your day to day life.
