The Amaysing Workshop: Intentional Love (from developing to growing)

The Amaysing Workshop walks participants through the “Amaysing Cycle of Healing,” which aligns with the emergent strategy principle that “what you pay attention to grows,” and reminds us that change happens through a consistent pattern of concerted effort.

In phase 1, participants are prompted to take stock of where they are presently in every area of wellness to illuminate which areas of life could use some nurturing, but also where you're blooming...

In phase 2, we'll work on tending to our garden and honoring our commitments to ourselves and our relationships with intentional love.

You'll come away from the experience with a broader toolkit for tending to your seeds, including identifying Black Bird Books, the books that guide us from feeling caged to free, and how to chronicle our own testimonies, through journaling and other forms of story collecting.
