Most organisations aren't short of good people or good plans. Where they struggle is getting everyone pulling in the same direction. Strategy, culture, operations and customer experience each pull their own way, and change stalls in the gaps between them.
The Alignment Exchange is a small, facilitated afternoon hosted by Dragonfish for leaders and managers who want to close those gaps. We'll start by setting the scene: where organisations stand today, a year of progress, and what 2027 is likely to bring for change and performance. From there we'll explore The Alignment Advantage, our view on why connected leadership and management deliver more than siloed effort. Then we'll open it up to the room. The afternoon finishes with time to connect with other attendees.
This is a conversation, not a presentation. You'll leave with fresh perspectives from people who see the same challenges from different parts of the business.
