Whether you are just founding your own business, years into building one, or leading within an organization, there are moments when something feels off. The heart gets buried under logistics. The values blur. The why that once felt alive becomes quiet. You find yourself focused more on the numbers, data, and lets be real-surviving-and the spark that called you to this work seems nowhere to be found.The Aligned Business Series exists for that moment.
Session One: The Honest Look
This first workshop is about telling the truth. Before we can redefine success or move forward, we have to be willing to look at our business as it actually is, not as we wish it were or as we feel it should be. This session creates space to slow down and examine what is working, what is no longer aligned, and what has been quietly asking for attention. This is not about fixing or judging. It is about clarity. And clarity is where real change begins.
Through guided reflection, journaling, and facilitated conversation, participants will:
Look honestly at their current relationship with their work
Identify where pressure, expectation, or habit has replaced purpose
Notice what feels nourishing and what feels draining
Reconnect with the original spark that called them into this work.
What to Expect and flow of the evening:
A welcoming, in-person experience grounded in conversation, reflection, and connection
A 30-minute social hour with craft mocktails and light appetizers
Thoughtful facilitation that centers the person behind the business
Community with others who care about how they lead, not just what they build
