The Alchemy Within is a 2-hour immersive experience that blends cacao ceremony, somatic movements to shift stuck energy and a deeply relaxing hypnotherapy journey — all held in a warm, welcoming space for all genders.

A sacred cacao ceremony infused with rose and Reiki to open the heart and set clear intentions
Somatic movement to shift stagnant energy and reconnect to your body
