Every ending carries within it the seed of new life. Yet so often, grief—whether from death, disease, divorce, moving, retirement, or any transition—can feel heavy and isolating. This weekend immersion invites you to step into a sacred container where endings are honored as thresholds, grief is welcomed as a teacher, and renewal becomes possible.

Through wisdom teachings, ancient ritual, yoga, shamanic healing, sound, and heartfelt community, we will journey together into the alchemy of endings—transforming suffering into insight, heaviness into lightness, and loss into love.

Opening the Threshold: Wisdom & Sacred Ritual
We begin by gathering in sacred space to receive timeless wisdom on endings and thresholds. With satsang and ritual, we will enter the weekend by offering our grief to the elements of earth and water, opening to the possibility of renewal.
Friday, 6–8 PM
Sacred Movement: A Yoga Journey Through Transition
Through kriya, pranayama, intentional movement, and meditation, we awaken the body as a vessel for release and transformation. This practice invites you to meet grief in the body and honor endings as portals to resilience, strength, and grace.

Saturday Morning, 10:30-noon
Into the Heart: A Shamanic Healing Journey
An immersive evening of shamanic healing, guided journeying, and sound. Together we will enter the unseen dimensions of grief, allowing the energies of loss, love, and renewal to move through us, opening space for deep restoration of spirit.

Saturday Evening, 6–8 PM
Integration & Renewal: Circle, Sound & Closing Ceremony
We close our journey in community, weaving together the wisdom and healing of the weekend. With sound healing, meditation, and heartfelt sharing, we integrate our experiences and honor endings as gateways to new beginnings. Our closing ceremony seals the circle with gratitude and blessing.
