Join us for an evening of somatic immersion designed to ignite your inner fire and return you to a state of raw, authentic embodiment. This is a journey for those ready to move beyond the surface and reconnect with the fierce, quiet strength that lives within.

We begin with The Awakening. Through the focused lens of self-defense and intentional movement led by Jax (Igneus Self Defense), we tap into the body’s natural intelligence and protective instincts. This is a space to feel your presence—not just as a concept, but as a physical force. It is an invitation to channel your passion, reclaim your boundaries, and acknowledge the fire in your spirit while being in a supportive and safe environment.

From this state of peak physical presence, we transition into The Alchemized Heart. As the heat of the body softens, you will be held in a deep-frequency sound immersion led by Esti (Serenity Waves). Here, the energy of your movement is met with restorative vibrations, allowing any stagnant weight or heightened emotions to melt away. The fire you’ve ignited isn't extinguished—it is transformed into a steady, grounded radiance. This is a homecoming for your most vibrant, capable, and passionate self.

No prior experience in neither self-defense or nor meditation is required! Join on your own or bring a friend!

What to bring:

🛌 Yoga mat, blanket and or cushion

👀 Eye Mask (highly recommended)

🧦 Comfy clothes that you can easily move in
