Presentation Overview:
Think of all the disruption we have experienced over the last few years: a pandemic, labor shortages, political unrest, supply chain strain, inflation, and remote work environments. When facing change and instability, are you as mentally agile or resilient as you could be?
Resilient leaders are better able to champion change, optimize productivity, and energize ourselves and those around us. Resilience leads to better decisions and provides the power needed to persevere. The mental agility and resilience tools provided will develop, refresh, and recharge your leadership habits — and show you how to cultivate these skills with others.

Speaker Bio:
Manny Martinez is the Crestcom authorized business owner in the Pacific Northwest. He’s a consultant to numerous CEOs, Presidents, and Executive Directors, and an influential leadership coach and mentor to organizations across Washington and Oregon who has helped management teams unleash the leadership skills needed to lead effective, productive teams.
Manny is a sought-out speaker whose leadership wisdom has been featured by the Association of General Contractors (AGC) Seattle, the Washington Health Care Association (WHCA), and the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
