Ticket Purchase Agreement

This Ticket Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Continental Club/NCPA ("Organizer") and the ticket purchaser ("Purchaser") for the NCPA Offical After Party ("Event").

• Ticket Purchase: By purchasing a ticket to the Event, the Purchaser agrees to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.

• Ticket Validity: The ticket purchased by the Purchaser is valid only for the specified date and time of the Event as indicated on the ticket.

• Entry Requirements: The Purchaser must present a valid ID matching the name on the ticket for entry to the Event. Entry may be denied if identification cannot be verified.

• Responsibility for Personal Property: The Purchaser is solely responsible for any personal belongings they bring to the event and release the hosts and venue from any liability for loss or damage to such property.

• Refunds and Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the Event is canceled or rescheduled, in which case the Organizer may provide a refund at their discretion.

• Event Changes: The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event, including but not limited to the lineup, venue, date, and time. Purchasers will be notified of any significant changes.

• Code of Conduct: The Purchaser agrees to adhere to the Event's code of conduct and any rules or regulations set forth by the Organizer or venue. Any violation may result in ejection from the Event without refund.

• Liability Waiver: The Purchaser acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. The Organizer and venue are not liable for any such occurrences.

• Age Restrictions: The Event may have age restrictions, and the Purchaser confirms that they meet the minimum age requirement for entry. Proof of age may be requested at the venue.

• Photography and Recording: The Purchaser consents to being photographed, filmed, or recorded at the Event, and agrees that such media may be used for promotional purposes by the Organizer.

• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Event takes place.

By purchasing a ticket to the Event, the Purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
