Not a lecture.
Not a late-night bar scene.

A real party — built for us.

Laugh. Nibble. Sing. Dance.
Done by 2PM.

You’re not done yet.

The After Party is a women-only daytime gathering for those of us navigating perimenopause, menopause, and the “pause” years — and still wanting music, connection, and fun.

This is an elevated house party in a real venue.

For the first part, we gather at high tops with music softly playing while I guide quick, rapid-fire “hands up if…” prompts — the kind of things we all experience but rarely say out loud at mixed-company parties.

Who’s googled “Is this normal?” at 2am?
Who’s had a hot flash at the worst possible moment?
Who’s wondered if it’s just them?

You only speak if you want to — no pressure, no spotlight.
We keep it moving. We laugh. We do a big round of applause.

No fixing. No diagnosing. No spiraling.
Just shared reality and relief.

Then we shift.

Disco. 80s. Early 90s anthems.

Music goes up.
Lights warm.
And the second half becomes pure celebration.

You can hit the dance floor.
You can sing along at your table.
You can sway with a new friend.
You can belt out the chorus without anyone judging.

This isn’t about choreography.
It’s about feeling good in your body again.

Many women will come solo.
This space is designed to feel warm, safe, and welcoming.

Bring small nibbles or non-alcoholic drinks if you’d like.
Wear the outfit you’ve been waiting to wear.

12:30–2:00 PM.
Your whole day still ahead.

You’re not invisible.
You’re not alone.
And you’re definitely not done yet.
