Programme details
This is an open course of small group learning (max 12 delegates), giving an opportunity to learn alongside peers.
Six workshop sessions (four in-person and two online), starting on 12th May.
16th September 9:00-11:30 – Leadership & Management fundamentals, Delegation and productivity. Followed by:
30th September 9:00-11:30 – Employment Law for managers: Equality, discipline, grievances, absence and working time.
14th October 9:00-10:30, Online – Peer-to-peer roundtable and real workplace challenges and scenarios.
4th November 9:00-11:30 – Objective setting and feedback Performance management.
18th November9:00-10:30, Online – Peer learning and problem-solving.
2nd December 9:00-11:30 – Strategic thinking and Change management.
