Join us for this year's Festival of Sport at The Abbey Junior School, in conjunction with the Reading Children's Festival.
About this Event

The Abbey School's multi-award winning festival to inspire girls in sport. Try a new sport and train with The Abbey PE team and GD Tennis coaches from Reading University.

Date - Saturday 16 May 2026

Time - Starts at 9am and finishes at 11am

The FREE sport taster sessions are for Year 1 to Year 6 children as follows

Year 1 & Year 2 (5-6 year olds) - Cricket, Tennis & Athletics

Year 3 to Year 4 (7-9 year olds) - Cricket, Tennis & Athletics

Year 5 to Year 6 (10-11 year olds) - Cricket, Tennis & Athletics

Parent/ guardians to accompany their children and enjoy watching them participate.
